Project Intake & NDA

You submit your initial requirements via our secure intake portal. We immediately execute a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to protect your IP before you share any CAD files or BOMs.

Engineering Review

Our Melbourne engineers review your files for manufacturing feasibility. We flag potential high-cost components, tooling risks, and missing tolerances, providing you with a preliminary assessment report.

Sourcing & Formal Quotation

Our Shenzhen team takes the verified files to our audited factory network. We negotiate pricing and lead times, returning to you with a comprehensive quotation covering tooling (NRE), piece-price, and MOQ requirements.
